Tom Parsons

How about the gut-wrenching R&B "I Love You More Than You'll Ever Know", from the same album. For some reason or another it reminds me of a hot summer night back in the 60's. Did not care for them much after that album.

I go back further still with the Mike Bloomfield, Al Kooper, Stephen Stills 'Super Sessions'.


That said, I though Kooper's latest (Black Coffee) was pretty good, so I'm sorry to hear he's unimpressive live.
