Are you whispering, Carl? My old eyes can't read your teeny tiny font! I adore Bruce Cockburn (okay, okay, I could read it), but prefer his earlier work. He's an incredible songwriter. Puts on a great show if you get a chance to see him live.


I second that on Bruce C. "Wondering Where the Lions Are" is superb (it was a hit when I was in eighth grade or so), and "Rocket Launcher" shows how pissed a folkie can get. Carl, may I recommend one for you, even though it's from late 2005? It's called "Tanglewood Numbers" by the Silver Jews. It may be a little indie-rock for you, but they're a great alt-country band.
